Banking Customer Service positions based in Dublin's city centre - we have a number of these positions that require fluent English and one of the following languages:

German
Flemish
French
Spanish
YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR + WORKING WITHIN THE BANKING SECTOR

Duties will include : Monitor workflow to ensure timely turnaround on client queries Address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner. Partner with clients ensuring they are happy with the service provided and if any issues ensure that they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner to client's satisfaction. Risk monitoring ensuring escalation to management. Offer innovative solutions to problems and persist in solving Take decisive and timely action, even in high pressure situations. Active participation in regular operational calls with Client Management, Sales and Product teams. Ad hoc projects as required. Candidate Specification Appreciation of customer focus and excellent quality service Appreciation of cost and risk issues. Problem solving experience with a proven track record of following through on issues to a satisfactory resolution. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Strong PC/windows experience. Solid communication skills Team player. Desirable One year banking experience desirable Money Transfer and / or Customer Service experience desirable Comprehensive understanding of S.W.I.F.T. desirable
