The Job  - Customer Service Executive with fluency in English + 2 other languages (native fluency in Italian + Dutch or French – spoken and written).Reporting to the Customer Services Manager/Operations Manager.

Globally we design tailor-made motivation solutions and incentive management systems, and deliver the awards themselves – in multiple countries/currencies/languages

The Role

  • Dealing with specific daily tasks
  • Dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis – via phone and email
  • Ensure that daily chartered Customer Service levels are met and that quality remains first class
  • Resolution of issues in a timely manner and taking issues right through to conclusion
  • Escalation of issues when necessary to the Customer Service Manager

The following Qualifications are essential

  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in  Services/IT environment
  • Intermediate level of Excel
  • Previous data entry experience is an advantage
