The purpose of the role will be to assist the catering team in delivering standards of the highest quality to its patrons and customers, whilst maintaining a clean working environment at all times.

Duties :

*Cleaning of kitchen utensils,cutlery and machinery

*Assist in food prep when required

*Ensure smooth and safe transition of all meals form prep to service areas

Requirements :

*Previous experience preferably in a high volume industrial contract catering environment

*HACCP training /certification & knowledge of food safety

*Fluent English
