Our client is looking to recruit an IT Training Manager to join there team for an inital 12 month contract with possibility of this being extended.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the account in terms of training for call centre staff
- Develop training plans incorporating the complete training cycle
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure all employees are developing through the training programmes and learning is taking place
- Design evaluation and validation programmes to ensure training programmes are delivering the required results
- Develop certification programmes in line with set guidelines
- Monitor sales results of performance SKU’s in comparison Value and implement action as required
- Monitor all budget expenditure
- Design strategies to develop learning programmes in relation to tele-scripts and sales incentives
The ideal candidate must:Â
- Have a proven ability to train in people in IT processes and convert knowledge into sales
- Have a strong background in IT Training
- Have experience with Dell
- Be fluent in English ( verbal & Written )
- Be willing to travel
