Recruitment Account Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager to join a leading organisation within the Irish market
Responsibilities
- Delivery and fulfilment of all technical and commercial vacancies according to Service SLAs and KPIs.
- Meet with hiring community and client stakeholders to talk through requirements, vacancy forecasts and budgets.
- Develop recruitment strategy/campaigns.
- Ensure all roles are fully approved before new starters work on site.
- Ensure all accounts are covered during holiday / sickness absence.
- Provide recruitment and resourcing support to all areas of key account business – technical and commercial, contract and permanent.
- Advertise vacancies on relevant internet job boards.
- Campaign Management - Source candidates using a variety of tools and candidate attraction methods including advertising, in-house database searches, online job board searches, networking, referrals.
- Response Management - Screen candidates by conducting initial telephone interviews to ascertain suitability for role.
- Arrange face to face interviews.
- Co-ordinate interview feedback.
- Manage offer and rejection process.
- Ensure contracts and all supporting documentation are prepared, signed and returned.
- Update and maintain candidate database.
- Manage all escalations in consultation with Account Director.
- Ensure POs are raised in advance of all work performed and is paid within contracted timescales.
- Participate in networking events which may be outside of work hours from time to time.
Key Experience Required
- Previous technical recruitment experience essential.
- Previous team management experience ideal, not essential.
- Demonstrable communication skills and confident telephone manner.
- Very high standard of customer service.
- Good experience of MS Office.
- Good organisational skills.
- A naturally persuasive nature/personality.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ambitious, confident and driven.
- A smart presentable, professional appearance.
- The ability to multi-task.
