Arabic Customer Service Representative
My client a leading insurance company are recruiting an experience customer Service Representative to join their expanding team. You must have fluent Arabic aswell as English.
Ideal Candidate
- Be a team player
- Be confident and have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and arabic
- Dealing with specific daily tasks
- Dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis – via phone and email
- Ensure that daily chartered Customer Service levels are met and that quality remains first class
- Resolution of issues in a timely manner and taking issues right through to conclusion
- Escalation of issues when necessary to the Customer Service Manager
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
