Business Specialist
Our client, a progressive North Dublin organisation is currently recruiting for a team of Business Specialists to assist in the roll out of a new exciting project.
The purpose of this role is the provide effective business and administrative support to the Senior management team assisting in the establishment of a new facility in North Dublin.
The role will involve:
- General administrative support to project teams
- Production of reports and data collation and analysis
- Manage relationships with internal and external personnel
- Participation in projects as they arise
- Business/Systems Analyst – examination of business systems, reporting requirements/capabilities, ensuring optimum use of systems and business intelligence
- Roll-out/launch of new service/operations centre, including coordination skills
- Development and refinement of processes, procedures and information flows to support a live operation
- Investigation and resolution of problems (systems, processes etc)
- SLA, standards, KPI, target-driven (e.g. call centre, shared service centre)
- Demonstrated critical-thinking – review of processes and procedures to identify opportunities to add value, continuous improvement
- Business activity monitoring and reporting
- Experience/understanding of large-scale operation, planned and unplanned events, preferably customer-focused
Successful candidates will have:
- Several years work experience in a similar role
- Education to degree standard in a business related discipline, particularly in one of the following areas: HR, Finance, Quality and Facilities
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to effectively communicate at all levels
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a project role essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
Salary circa €30k plus some additional benefits.
