At maryb.ie we treat our temps as part of the family - they're our busybs. We make sure they are well paid and placed in the right positions for them. And because maryb.ie is one of Ireland’s foremost recruitment consultancies we can guarantee that they’ll always be kept busy.

Because temping gives people the flexibility to work on their own terms, different people choose it for a variety of different reasons. And being a busyb has a range of benefits, such as flexiblity and the chance to learn a range of skills.

At maryb.ie we place our busybs in positions which suit their talents and aims. Many of our temporary workers get settled where we place them, going on to become full-time employees. As such, temping can also act as a stepping stone on the path to getting a full time job. It also offers people who have been out of the work-force for some time a opportunity to ease themselves back into the working world.

We keep in regular contact with the temp and the client throughout any placement. When our busybs are first placed with a company, we’ll be in contact as soon as they arrive to make sure they’re settled and happy. And if one of our busybs is looking for permanent work while they’re temping, maryb.ie will have another consultant working on their behalf to get them the right permanent job.

At maryb.ie we look after our temps. We make sure that if they start on Monday they get paid on Friday. We have a Temp of the Month competition (with a chance to win vouchers and bottle of champagne), completion bonuses for long assignments, Christmas pressies and lots more.
